I feel like I’ve wasted 15 years being morbidly obese and that I’m never going to succeed. All I think is losing one pound a week. 52 weeks. I feel like you should eat less than maintenance calories to lose weight. I just program it into MFP. It tells me how many calories I can have to lose two pounds per week.
