Click on their name, then their name again and there will be a little + plus sign person on the right .. click that then follow directions (this is on an iPhone but I assume it’s be the same on any phone)

Thing that works well for me is logging my diary in advance! That way I’m not thinking about what to eat I just have to look at my diary and eat what’s listed.

I find it helps to pre-log the day before as then I’m not wondering what to eat. Just eat what’s on my diary!
