I just started lifting weights (olympic bar style) at the beginning of the year, noticing changes and feeling happy. Goals are great to put in place. Enjoy your journey!

That's awesome!! I started focusing on myself back March/April and not looking back! Started at around 233 and now down to just under 188. Keep up the great work!

I think people do it differently. I do net carbs and I'm in ketosis and am losing weight. I feel that you want to do what works for you and your body.
