Hi, I get up at 4 as well and I go for a run. I have to be at work at 7 am. I go to the gym after work. I’m obsessed with 6 pack lol I want it so bad I can sleep :) I actually get up at 3:30 sometimes bc I can’t sleep anymore...

Personally for me, I couldn’t gain any weight until I went 100% vegan. It seems like I gain a lot more muscle weight with less effort. I don’t do any supplements either

If you trying to gain muscle weight, eat more sprouted buckwheat, homemade almonds milk and sesame milk before workouts. Eat at least 1 avocado a day, 3-6 cups of spinach... I don’t do supplements and I gain muscle weight like crazy...

Hi! I’m vegan, trying to transform into more fit body and have a 6 pack. Seems like building a muscle isn’t an issue, I’m struggling with weight loose... not that I have too much to lose just a couple of inches but it is still a struggle
