Thank you!! What I found with waffles and pancakes, especially the frozen ones, they come with a good amount of bad fats. So that is what is driving my question I guess. And with cereals, I went from whole milk to 2%, this way I drop cholesterol and bad fats but keep the protein at a decent amount. Blah...I hate oatmeal...…

How old are you? Next is if you're eating 2k-3k calories a day, what is that composed of? Eating crap will just make you crap it out. At the same time possibly causing health issues. Also, watch your sodium intake, it will cause you to drink more, and you just flush it out.

Some great info above. One thing to note is if you're mentally always trying to push the bar away, you're losing out on the descent of the bar, or negative reps. I have used a few over the past 5-10 years. Over that time I learned for me at least the push/pull method works great and just switching up reps from the normal 10 to 12 or 15. Also, most of us do the standard Monday is chest, Tuesday is back, etc or some form of that. I do that as well but each week is a different…
