Thankyou. I'm sorry you went through that but I'm glad you're making progress. It's inspiring, thanks :)

Thankyou. I think the not knowing is the worst. And then being afraid I've caused it as there's a link to obesity. Such a bad start to 2018. But you're right I need to change my mindset x

I do wear loose fitting t shirts, and leggings. I'm posting to get ideas....until recently I didn't know there was free exercise equipment in my local parks. Someone told me and bam, free exercise. But then I started getting harassed so that became a non option. Maybe someone will have a gem idea, that I've never heard of.…

Thanks, I live in the UK in a city with no nearby hiking trails etc, the easiest/closest place to workout is local parks. There's plenty of them. I could go hiking further out but I'd have to drive for miles there and back which would mean spending extra on fuel, so less 'free' than I'd like. I always wear sports bra's and…

I've been using bronchodilators like ventolin but they haven't really helped so not sure what's…

[ "cutie" mandarin oranges on hand. It kept my hands busy and took a little longer to eat than something that I could shovel into my mouth, since I would peel them, separate the segments, and eat one segment at a time. The most important thing is staying quit- you've done a great job- keep it up! And CONGRATS![/quote]…

Thanks. I just feel horrible :-(. Quitting was easy. I'd had a tooth extracted and the dentist said if I got dry socket I'd be in agony, so said to avoid smoke for three days. I decided I couldn't have one so just accepted it...six days later I remembered I could smoke again. I still enjoy the smell of cigarettes and…

Thankyou, I'd heard of quitters flu but read it went away in days so I was worried...feel a lot more positive now though if there's light at the end of the tunnel!

Thankyou so much for this comment. After posting I went and bought cigarettes.....was about to light one up outside when I saw I'd had a post reply.....and your post has literally stopped me from smoking now. I'm not going to put myself through all the pain of that initial quit phase again..... I just need to eat less and…

I have a "shock absorber" cushioned padded snugly fitting panache sports bra, a regular snug fitting underwired sports bra and also a regular underwired bra. I still have pain though and when I run feel a crushing feeling....not cardiac pain just the weight moving up and down even though they don't appear to be moving. The…
