Ditto. Are you also thirsty during the day? Suddenly, I was super thirsty and no amount of water would help then I was getting cramps in my legs at night. Doctor told me drink Gatorade. i.e. electrolytes. I did so, added magnesium and got better within a week. BTW, I made my own electrolyte drink. G has too much sugar. go…

Well, you have a history of success so you can definitely get it done.

Tell yourself that you are beautiful and amazing. If you can talk yourself into a slump, you can talk yourself out. Be positive and believe. You can do it!

I have another NSV!! I have an old raincoat that I wear. It was cold today so I put it on and while walking I decided to zip it up and I zipped it up over my hips! Usually, I have to pull the coat up to my waist and zip it then it stays around my waist. That didn't happen todday. Hooray!

I like that. That is how I'm going to look at it from now on.

Hang in there KDAALC. I always tell myself that there's nothing to do but to do it. Quitting definitely won't get results so you have to stick with it and your body will follow. Stick to your workout routine and really analyze what you're eating. Also, be patient. It's so hard as you want results yesterday but you have to…

I downloaded Plant Nanny last Friday and it helps a lot. Sometimes I do get angry when I have to water that so and so plant again but after I water it my plant is so happy and cute I can't be angry. I like to drink water and drink a good bit but not as much as this app is telling me I should drink. I can't wait to lose…

yup, absolutely understand that feeling. I just want out. I want to see obesity in my rear view mirror with lots of smoke!

Definitely not embarrassing but inspiring! Congratulations.

I've never considered making mini goals and I must admit it makes a lot of sense. Instead of stressing over the 'all this weight' I have to lose I can instead look at it in 10's. So, my mini goal is to get to the 70's. They say the 70's was a great decade. Peace and Love.

That is a big deal. Congratulations on your success and I wish you a speed recovery. I can't wait to get out of the "ten's" myself. I'm going to do a jig when I get to the next set of ten.

Anyway, to contribute an NSV to the thread, I have this huuuuuge coat I've been wearing around for the past 5 years. It was an intentionally oversized army surplus type thing that I told people I wore because it was so soft and cosy that it was like a security blanket, not because I was trying to hide myself inside it.…

i say the same thing. I want to go through those bands. Right now I have to get to my normal overweight weight.

I started to wear a tight skirt to work so that I will not kid myself into thinking that I'm done with my weight loss goals. The skirt was uncomfortable to wear but now, suddenly, it isn't so tight. I've been stuck on the same weight for so long that I can't trust this change. I think it's going to disappear. Poof!

First, don't give up. I've been stuck for months and it is very disheartening but you have to keep going. Second, I'd say have an honest look at your tracking. Are you truly getting the portions correct? Are you eyeballing your portions? if so, maybe you should start weighing/measuring for a week to make sure you've got it…
