  • This is an awesome goal. My bestie and I have casually discussed doing a mud run together, bit first I have to get into shape.
  • Congrats on the engagement. I just recently got married. I kept telling myself I wantes to lose weight for my wedding, but with all the craziness of the previous year (including Harvey a few weeks before the big day), it didn't happen. I bought a dress that fit me when I ordered it and it fit perfectly on the big day. Now…
  • Pinterest introduced me to a lot of meals that helped me fit into my schedules in the past. I'm a heavy user of the crock pot (to the point where I need a new one because I've cooked it into the ground). We got an instant pot for our wedding, so I need to learn how to use it along with the replacement rice cooker. But I…
  • I'm getting back on the wagon, really hitting hard at the start of the year. But I'm using the short, lighter work week to trial some changes I want to make to see how they work for me. I've also been logging the good, the bad, and the ugly to get into the habit.
  • Since Zombies Run is going to be my primary cardio source, joining seems appropriate. Count me in.
  • Continuing my holiday binge of Netflix. I'm working on Person of Interest right now.
  • I tend to fall into a routine for meals (breakfast before or close to 7 am, lunch between noon and 1, dinner between 5 and 6). But then I'm setting it up to graze during the day since I know I'll be tempted to snack when work gets slow. So I'm combating it by packing veggie sticks to gnaw on.
  • I'm giving the smoothies for breakfast a go. I'm not super hungry for solids in the morning (and by the time I am, I'm either arriving at work and have to eat fast food breakfast or wait until later and end up starving). I'm doing a trial run this week to see how I handle making them in the morning and how it holds up. The…
  • Just wrapped up a crazy year and staring over with getting back on track. Feel free to add me.
  • Hi there. I'm right at the edge at 29. I'm restarting after a rough, hectic year and looking to lose around 35 pounds. I'm getting back into running and yoga and spending the last work day shift of the year trialing things I can change to make my weight loss journey fit my life.
  • I started the year doing well, but my inconsistent work schedule, wedding and honeymoon, and Harvey kicked me off the train. Starting over, so feel free to add me.
  • Merry Christmas to you too.
  • I want to heavily focus on getting to my goal weight (130 lbs, need to lose around 33 lbs). NSV are getting back to being able to run 5+ miles, build healthy habits for pre-pregnancy, increase my strength and flexibility.
