I need to get back to walking. I'm definitely in.

Not really low calorie, but some of my staples that I get are the flavored nuts (though they only get eaten at home), the Elevation bars (the coconut ones are my favorites), and my husband has become fond of some of their salame and cheeses. We also always have 2-3 cases of their frut waters.

The only fish I eat is tuna. I love to have a good tuna steak.

Not VR, but I previously lost weight playing DDR, and my hubby got me Just Dance, so that is my rainy weather workout. I definitely get a pretty good burn I'm playing.

I subbed for about a year and a half. For the first year, we really enjoyed it. And it worked with our schedule as we didn't have to deal with the grocery rush every week. The quality of ingredients was great. But they added premium meals, hall of fame meals, breakfast, etc., and we felt like the variety pretty much…

HEB added curbside shopping (with delivery to come soon). We've used it a few times and overall I'm happy with it. I definitely agree that if I go inside the store, I'm more likely to put other things in my cart. But my HEB gets so crowded that lately I make it a goal to get in and out as fast as possible. Curbside is…

Hubby and I eat the see food diet in moderation. We see food, we usually eat that food. We just eat in portions to fit our goals.

Avocado is definitely a weakness of mine. Fruits as well (I'll down an entire pineapple or watermelon if I don't watch myself).
-
I pre-log most of my meals. It lets me see what I'm eating in calories and where I can make cuts to better fit my calorie range. For higher calorie foods, I will pick smaller portions (usually by halving and saving part for another day or splitting with someone).

I can run with the kids I work with instead of just standing around and watching them play, I can lift 40+ pound kids without feeling like I'm going to injure something, and it's getting easier to lift kids out of cribs the more I lose from my chest.

If my restaurant meals don't have nutrition online, I guesstimate as best as I can. So far it seems to be working pretty well.

Diet is more important for me and my other half. Exercise is something that I want to fit in, but have a lot of trouble finding time for. And hubby is waiting to drop a few more pounds before he gets back to riding. So diet is something we can control more in our lives with the little amount of time we have after other…

Planning on going for a run and doing some drills after work (yay for better schedule).

I did pilates at a studio while in college. I wouldn't say it did anything for giving me abs (they weren't more visible, I didn't look leaner in the middle), but gave my friend and I an outlet for our semesters of stress, and did teach us to be more mindful of our core. There's definitely things I learned that I still…

I gained weight around a year after I started dating my now husband. The main reason was that I moved in with him across town (I used to live a block from work, so I went from a 10 minute walk to an hour+ drive). He would join me on my runs when he stayed the night (Wednesday after work and Saturday mornings), and I was…

Same. I pack nuts or jerky (or if I'm feeling fancy, trail mix). It doesn't fill me up, but it helps with the sudden workout hunger.
-
I casual play. If we go to the park, I will play so I can hatch eggs and work on my living dex. If there's an event, hubby and I will go out. We did the last community day last month and plan to do the one next Saturday.

I bought 2 combo boxes for my PS2 while I was in college almost 10 years ago. I still have all of them so I can pull it out and play (I used to a lot when I first moved since I didn't have a lot of space). A lot of theater arcades also have the full systems around Houston.
-
Hubby just got it for me, so I'm trying to work into playing for a little bit each night. Haven't made it a habit yet, but I enjoy dance workouts.
-
Pokemon Go is really my only mobile game, and I've become a pretty casual player (I get my dailies, I may go out once a week and do some catching at parks, raids an gyms are pretty minor to me).
-
I tend to only eat white rice because it plays better with my rice cooker. I haven't noticed any issues with my weight loss journey.
-
I guesstimate using other entries. I generally have an idea of what the portion looks like and what the calories should be, so I can find close enough options to log.
-
If it fits within your calories, then go for it. I enjoy my junk food and usually eat Taco Bell or Burgers on a fairly frequent basis.
-
Tare-ing your scale after each part of a bigger meal. I used to weigh, log, remove, rinse and repeat for everything. I've since taken some steps out so it makes weighing out trail mixes and plates of food much quicker.

I try to be active on trips. When we went on our honeymoon, I got up early most mornings and visited the resort's gym while hubby slept. And then we did a lot of walking and hiking most days.
-
Mine vary from week to week based on my moods. My only consistent item is probably my chai latte (at least until summer). This week I'm having mixed berry strudel with my tea, last week it was whatever I felt up to (yay flu).

I personally wouldn't (granted this may depend on the instrument). I played trumpet for 8 years throughout school. 2/3 of the year was seated or standing playing (orchestra, jazz, pep). That other third is the only real workout I got thanks to 30 minutes daily marching practice every morning and 2 hour marching…

The moderation diet. I enjoy food, so elimination or restriction diets will always end up failing. I can moderate how much I eat and stay within my calories.

Sims 4 went on sale, so I've been playing that a lot. But I may get back into Borderlands since hubby has been playing. And Just Dance is now in my collection, so I'll be putting some time working out.

9-grain honey oat, pepper jack, tons of veggies, subway vinegarette. I eat a salad on bread. XD
