  • I probably put down ~4k cals in total yesterday. I chose to fully induldge in my desires. No regrets at all. The way I see things is that eating such an extreme amount of food on one day is an anomaly in my everyday life. It's not something I do habitually so it pretty much means nothing. It was back to normal today.
  • Before you jump back into it you should address why it is you regained the weight. What are you doing that's sabotaging your progress? Why are you doing it? How can you remedy this and nip it in the bud? Just some things for you to think about.

  • It's better than eating in a calorie surplus everyday I guess. Personally I feel the two 500 cal days are unsustainable in the long run. Not for lack of ability but for the inflexibility needed for it to be executed week in week out.
  • Make a variety of different season rub mixes. Here's my usual list of seasoning: Hot curry powder, Paprika, barbeque, Chinese 5 spice, thyme, jerk, all purpose seasoning, fajita seasoning,.   • I implemented a daily eating structure to follow so whether I'm tracking or not the structure has a built in way of ensuring I hit my caloric needs. I also scraped being a perfectionist.
