I have bottles for my water, so I know when I've had 500ml, 1 litre. I try to have a few mouthfuls each time I finish a task (such as dishes, laundry, the journey to work) and set myself a goal of 1 litre of water before 12noon each day. Lentils and leftovers! Lentils will bulk any meat meal without affecting flavour, and don't cook anything you can't use twice in one form or another - it really helps me to have go-to leftovers to microwave or put in a salad or sandwich when I simply cant be bothered and would reach for the take away menu !

Be proud of the 70lbs you're still down. Many put back on more than they lost, sounds like you're doing okay to me. And you're on the forum, posting here is a positive step. As Dory and Nemo once said - "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, what do we do? we swim!"
