Hi everyone! I'm going Alcohol Free starting the 2nd. We're finishing up the last of the booze in the house on the 1st. I'm not one who can just drink a couple. If I drink at all, it's usually means drinking until bedtime, so quitting for a while is important for my weight loss plans this year. We can do it!

I quit twice too. Once before starting my family and gained 20lbs. Started back after my kids were born and gained again. Quit for the 3rd time and finally got it right, but over the years, I have gradually put on weight after being forced into menopause because of breast cancer medicine. Drinking is definitely a trigger.…

Hi Everyone! I am planning to dive back into Keto on January 1st. I have done it before and lost around 40 pounds. I'm back up about 25 and seriously tired of being a sugar addict. The first couple of weeks were rough for me last time, but at least I know what to expect. Let's do this friends!
