My biggest struggle is keeping the motivation to workout every day. I definitely think being able to talk to someone every day about our goals and keeping each other accountable is exactly what I need. I'm in!

I wish I would have come across this thread at the beginning of the month! I usually drink a bottle of wine over the course of the weekend and never really realized what effect that could be having on my results. Does anyone have any tips? Cold turkey vs gradually?
