Hi Sharon, I’m Jim. New here. My weight is going up and starting to feel out of control! 204.4 today I weighed 190 about 8 mon ago. I am 5’9 and 175 would be more ideal for my age and height. Today, I begin my AC diet. Yes, anti cancer(prostate) low growth so far. I welcome your support and you and others have mine.
