  • Could definitely use the challenge...15 pounds seems like a lot considering the rate I've been losing but it's worth a try! CW 206.5 GW 191.5

  • Search refitrev on Youtube...a bunch of really good Zumba workouts from that group.
  • So much this! I feel proud of myself for how far I've come at times but other times want to chastise myself because I have so far to go still. I do still have a long, long way to go but it just amazes me how different emotions will hit me and make me see myself so differently. Even looking at the scale or putting on…

  • I keep a supply of fun size candy bars. As long as I track them in my calories, I don't feel at all bad indulging in one or two per day. They range in calories from 70 to 100 generally so I just keep a variety on hand and have one when I really want something sweet. As long as I know I can stop at only having one, it works…

  • Thanks for all of the stories everyone. Hope they keep coming! :)
  • I can't wait for this. I've been a big girl for a long time but I still catch a glimpse of my reflection or see a picture someone has taken of me and don't expect to be as big as I am. I'm not sure how it still catches me off guard but it does. It will be so nice when I am nicely surprised by those moments instead of them…
  • Love these challenges to help keep myself on track. Good luck everyone! • I'm down 25 with at least 75 more to go. Feel free to add me!
  • I worked my butt off last year and didn't see the results I wanted so ended up giving up. Started up again this year and things are going much better but really wish last-year-me would have stuck with it. Don't give up! By the way, congrats on the .6 pounds and feeling better!
  • Taco Bell - shredded chicken burrito (420 cals) Burger King - grilled chicken sandwich (470 cals) Mcdonalds - Artesan grilled chicken sandwich (380 cals) or 4 piece buttermilk tenders (500) if I want something fried I generally just avoid a side unless I'm starving or add a side salad if I need something more.
  • Not sure how many would see this as a NSV but when I've been hit by the "ugh I have so much more to lose!!" feeling, I've been able to think about how much better I feel already and how amazing I'll feel when I keep going instead of getting discouraged. I have a lot of weight left to lose and have been here in the past but…
  • Hello all. I'll be 39 in May and hoping to be in the best shape of my adult life by the time I'm 40...have quite a ways to go at this point but motivated to get there. Would love to have some more friends near my age. Feel free to add me!
  • A co-worker brought in treats for Valentine's week today, and I just enjoyed it without guilt because I looked up the calories and logged it before I ate it, knowing that it will fit into my goal and not throw me off track.
  • Hello. I'm 38, a single mom, 5'1" and currently 226.5 pounds, heaviest was around 248. Have yo-yo'd for many years but determined not to let that happen this time around. Hoping friends and the message boards on here will help to keep the focus and determination I feel right now (love checking out the Success Stories…
  • My new mini goal is to hit 213. I'm at 226.5 right now, down from 237 at the beginning of the year (highest weight was around 248 a couple years ago). I've been losing the same 10-20 pounds or more many times over the last fifteen years or so but the lowest recorded weight I have in that time is 214. Definitely want to get…
  • Sent you a request. I definitely need some accountability buddies too. I'm 38, would like to lose 100 pounds. Hoping finding some people going through the same struggles will help me stick with it this time.
  • Love these especially the different ages. The older I get, the more I think I'll never get there but to see so many of these pics (some people older than me, some younger) gives me hope. Thanks for sharing!
  • I'm also starting over again...need to lose at least 50 lbs, 100 would be better but at this point I just want to lose enough to feel better and have energy again. I've lost 20-30 pounds a couple of times in the past but keep ending up back here. I'm hoping that reaching out through some of these posts and groups will help…
