  • Love mine. I have a blaze. I also spend a lot of time at a desk so I try to walk at lunch and when I get home. It holds me accountable. I love it when I hit my targets, usually only on the days I run
  • Out side will always win for me. I take my furry running buddy (answers to Bruno) and I'm away. The fresh air, the smile on Bruno's face and the 'morning' from other runners is priceless! It's emotional exercise as well as physical!
  • Wrap up warm and then strip as you heat up. Wear clothes year you can wrap round your waist and ear muffs are a must. Keep running, the tougher the conditions the bigger the high
  • I've got 5 marathons booked. Slightly scared now, my first one is 3rd march! I also would like to lose two stone but I'm hoping the running will help with that one.
