Day 2 of my couch to 5k. Had my daughter with me so didn't push as hard as yesterday. 6/9 ran/walked 46 minutes for total of 2.54 miles. 11.29/40

I did 3 miles on the elliptical this morning for a total of 5 so far. Plan to add to that soon. Also tried making a ticker. Not sure if I did it right. We will see.

I will join your challenge. As a Catholic I always give something up for Lent. This year I have given up the snooze alarm. I am a horrible snoozer. I can hit the button for an extra hour sometimes before I get out of bed. I plan to use the extra time in the morning for exercise. So far so good.
