Thanks this is helpful. Im going to add on somemore healthy calories to try and meet my goal of 1200. I never have it that high. My calorie intake is below that. But it seems that i should try and hit closer to 1200. I dont want my body in starvation mode.

Yes i weigh what i eat. And i meant to say i do count macros. And while 20 pounds is alot i started at 210 andcim only 4 foot 11 so being over weight on me is not cute. :(

I do count my calories. Most ofvthe time im under. I dont count macros as well. I drink water no sugar drinks. And ive lost about 20 ish pounds the first month or so. But my weight has not moved down in the past week. Ive actually gained about 5 pounds. I dont understand why.

Im on a very stricken caloric deficit. The recomended for me is 1200 and im always under. I never go over. Most days ivdont even hit 1000. I do some excersise every other day at least 30 minutes. Drink nothing but water while i have lost some 20 pounds or so my weight has not moved. If anything ive gained in the last week.…
