I think the key is not going to the extremes. I think it needs to be comfortable enough that you're going to be willing to do it for the rest of your life. I keep it super simple. Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder, Double Rich Chocolate Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk Tastes incredible. Gold Standard calorie amount is as good as any and it's the best tasting protein I've ever had. Then I just throw it in a blender bottle and I'm good to go!
