My Grandmother called me out on my weight all of the time. But then again she was half my size in height and was 100 pounds soaking wet. Looking back I know she had good intentions. <3

Are you using the app or the website? In the app I clicked settings and diary was right there. I could change my diary from private to public.

I've got 14 days logged in! Woo! I saw my Dr earlier this week and he's referred me to see a nutritionist and I start going next week. Pretty pumped about that.

Yes they do suck! I started out doing some sort of high intestity work out DVD and ended up tearing something in my knee. I couldn't walk up and down the stairs for quite a awhile. Lesson learned.

Also take body measurements. You may not see anything on the scale as you progress but you might see something there! +1 for Dianne, I love her advice. I've got one of her threads starred.
