YES! I love to dance all around my kitchen in the evenings after work to de-stress! I love Fitness Blender and HasFit videos on YouTube. Most are 30-ish minutes with a warm up and cool down, and vary in intensity levels.

I've found that Silk ORIGINAL coconut milk (80 cals per 240 ml) is my favorite. It's creamy and a little sweet. I use it in place of milk for cereal too.

This sounds awful... I want to be the slimmest and healthiest in my family. We have lots of Cherokee blood. My whole life I was told that we are just "big boned" and didn't have it in our genes to be slim. Mostly for health reasons though.
