  • I’ve been losing motivation lately and having a hard time finding it again! I’m 5’10”, and went from 190lbs in the first picture to 145lbs in the second picture. I’m currently hovering around 150, but I’ve lost all discipline! I’m hoping to get back into it this week and going forward!
