Hi. Thanks for replying. So my current weight is 155 lbs. my goal is 136. I’m 44 and 5ft 6. I run 3 miles 3 times a week at the moment but sit a desk most days when I’m not out. MFP gives me 1883 to maintain my current weight, so I deducted 500 from this to get 1383. I hope that’s enough info... Thanks

Hi. I don’t wear the hurricane but have been wearing saucony triumph for near on 10 years. I’ve tried a few different brands including brookes, but in my honest opinion, saucony are the best running trainers out there. Hth 😊.
