I've never done the 30 days shred, but I do Heather Robertson's programs. She has a lot different ones. There are 4 12-week programs, including a "express" one, which is 30 min a day, and she posts a calendar every month with a variety. She has a webpage where everything is explained. And the programs are totally free onโฆ

I got transferred to a different school, after having taught for 12 years in my old one. (Our transferral sustem is crazy, so getting you be where you want to be is as if you had won the lottery). In practical terms, it means to change from a 1h30 commute to a 10 minutes walk (each way). I love to be able to sleep for anโฆ

Thanks for your explanation - I had never analysed it like that - in fact, I had never gone to the second screen. Now you've explained, I realise you are right... but whatever the calculations, it works for me, and I'm maintaining. When I tried to sync it using Pacer, it allowed me a lot of calories, it would almost doubleโฆ

Here it is: I think it's similar to what you posted. The first number is the total of calories the apple watch sends to MFP. The second, what MFP expected you to burn, including the workouts indicated by the watch and taking into account your activity level. The last number, in the blue line, is the difference, and MFPโฆ

I have an Apple watch series 4, and it DOES send workouts to MFP, and they are credited in the app. It sometimes does not count the steps/calories not included in your workouts, so as not to give you double credit for them. But if the watch sends a daily total which is higher than the "expected" number for your activityโฆ

I use Ring Fit and Fitness Boxing, and use them often. I also have the zumba game, but I don' really like it.

Face shields on their own are not allowed. You can wear then in addition to your mask, but masks are compulsory.

I have a nintendo switch, and play ring fit adventure, fitness boxing and zumba. This way I can exercise at home without a mask. If you don't have a console, you can look for videos in youtube, there are lots of them to suit different preferences.

I love it! I use my apple watch to track, and it has an entry for "active video games", so that's what I use.

My move goal is 630, and I need an intentional workout to reach it. A pair of times I've got 200%, never more... 630 is quite enough for me.

In August my challenge was to close my move ring 25 times - I got it. In September I didn't even try, it wanted me to do nearly two hours of exercise daily - I just haven't got the time or energy to, and I like to have some rest days. In October, my challenge is to close my move ring 27 times.

I'm a teacher and have been transferred to a new school, so I don't know any of the pupils (nor teachers). For me, it's usually hard enough to learn the names of pupils and "relate" it to their face, but with masks it's going to be impossible... (everybody has to wear a mask here from the age of 6).

I also miss group classes, and I'm not really motivated by youtube videos and such - I always think I'm not doing it right. What I'm doing right now is playing Rig Fit Adventure (for nintendo switch). Obviously, it's not the same as a class, but it's fun and you keep motivated because it's a game, you HAVE to destroy thoseโฆ
