My nose looks soooo big! It’s always been big, it’s a family thing, but now the rest of my face is slimmer... so the nose is more noticeable

People commenting on my weight. Even if it's to tell me I look great. I just don't like it.

I base my daily calories in MFP. But Fitbit sends the data of the "real"* calories I've burned, so MFP adds calories on days I burn a lot, and subtracts them the lazy days, so I got more accurate information of how many calories I have left. (*I dont know if the calories measured by the Fitbit are the real ones, but it…

I got a charge 2 in christmas. I love it, and find it really helpful. I just connected it to this site, and it detects my activity and, more important, syncs to MFP so I know how many calories I have left each day. Using it and logging my food, I've lost 15 kg in a little less than 6 months. Really happy with it.

I'm having the same problem... hope they solve it sooon

I bought a blouse about two months ago, and it was a little tight. We've been having terrible weather, so I hadn't had an opportunity to wear it, until yesterday. When I put it on, I realised I could not wear it, because it was too big! I'm sad because I didn't get to wear it even once (luckily it was cheap), but happy…

Lots of my workmates go to bed at midnight, or even later.

I d0n't like machines, I prefer classes. I'd recommend you to try different things to see what you like, it's easier to commit if you like what you are doing. ;)

I go to bed early, at about 10:30-11. And yes, I have a little nap after lunch, about half an hour makes you feel great. Many people do, especially in summer.

I work in a high school, and classes start at 8. Most people start working between 8 and 9. Then there are two main timetables: in one of them you work until about 3, and eat your lunch later, and in the other you have a lunch break at about 1:30-2 and then you go back to work. The problem is that this lunch break is…

In Spain most people have just coffee for breakfast, and then we have a mid-morning break where we eat something - usually a small sandwich-, because we have lunch very late. I still remember the first time I went abroad and explained it to my host family (whose daughter was coming to my house later on); they looked at me…

I also love it. Unfortunately, due to my gym's schedul, I can only attend Body Combat classes once a week (or less, all the late meetings at my job tend to be at the same time of the class :/ ) So, the rest of days I go to Zumba, which is good fun, or pilates.

Sometimes Amazon has good offers. I bought mine for €98 (regular price is €149)

8,06 km before I meet the elves. But I've already walked 6,49 km today, so I should meet them today or tomorrow at the latest!

I use Shock Absorber bras - for zumba and bodycombat classes. They're brilliant for the gym, they offer lots of support and they are very comfortable.

I've just found this app- so "only" 3109,17 km left! ;)

Mine doesn't work either in the app. I've tried to disconnect and reconnect the apps in the webpage, and this way it syncs - bot not in the phone. Hope they solve the issue soon.

Yes, there seems to be some kind of problem - hope they solve it soon.

I'm in Spain. I log all food in MFP, because it's got a bigger database of food available here -it even includes supermarket own brands which are not available in any other country. Fitbit tracks my steps, exercise and sleep, and everything syncs. This method works well for me.
