Which app are you using? I've just bought an apple watch and I'm totally confused about the way it syncs with MFP.

"Desayuno" (breakfast) is usually just a coffee, with or without milk. "Almuerzo" is a mid-morning snack. If you actually eat at breakfast, you don't have an "almuerzo". "Comida" is lunch, probably our main meal. "Merienda" is an afternoon snack, and usually only children have it -after school. Most adults don't have…

Mine is not syncing either :(

Does it sync well with myfitnesspal? I'm thinking about getting one, but worry that it doesn't communicate with this site as well as fitbit does.

I teach in a high school. Today, I was teaching a group I already taught last year, and they have told me they have been talking about how much slimmer I am this year.

I don't know if you have Decathlon where you live, but if you can access one, their own brand (kalengi) is very cheap, and they last for years.

I got one and changed mine. Today I've received another saying that I hadn't changed it -yes, I did, and the old one isn't working any more- and I had to. I'm confused.

I've tried on my autumn/winter clothes. I knew some things would be too big and had to go... the NSV is that EVERYTHING is too big to wear. I need to buy everything! :) (My credit car doesn't look too happy at the prospect :D )

The shorts I bought at the beginning of the summer are getting too big - now I would need a smaller size, but I will make do with them until cooler weather arrives, there's no sense in buying new shorts now ;)

People who see you daily might not really notice, because weight loss is gradual. But they do notice when they have not seen you in some time. During my first six months, most of my colleagues didn't notice anything (except the two or three who know me better). Then I went on a one-month training course, followed by the…

Cutting/painting my toenails has become far easier :)

My local supermarket sells a 0-sugar jelly which is 1 calorie a cup!! It's not specially filling, but a nice way of eating something sweet without piling on the calories.

I've inspired my mum to use the app - and she has been at it for two months, has made a habit of walking every day, and has lost 4 kg! When I was congratulating her, she told me that when she feels like giving up, she thinks of me and how I've changed, and that makes her think she can too. I'm so proud!

I get those with arugula - that means I don't usually eat salad out of home, because most of the restaurant ones have it.

I've spent a month abroad on a teacher-training program. It was paid for by the school district where I work and the scholarship included meals - and the way the found to pay for meals was to give us restaurant vouchers (which was really nice, and allowed me to taste lots of yummy foods!). But, on the down side, it's made…

One of my coworkers was on a very strict diet- basically just salad and a ridiculously small amount of boiled fish- but only when she ate at home. Apparently, when you are not at home you can eat whatever you want because "it doesn't count"... :o

In January I started exactly like you - 158 cm, 87 kg- and myfitness pal gave me about 1500-1550 calories. I ate them all, and most of my exercise calories (I use a fitbit). Some days I ate less, some days more, the days that I eat more are "balanced" by the days I eat less, so my weekly calorie goal was mostly met,…

I prefer to weigh myself every morning. But right now I’m taking a summer course in a different country, so I’m not weighing myself for a month - let’s see what happens

It works better if you do it on a computer, not on a phone
-
The "baby food diet". Apparently it consists of eating like a 4-month-old baby: a tiny jar of baby food every 4 hours (day and night).
-
It's easier to likn them with a computer, linking MFP and fitbit on a mobile phone does not always work.

My sister's dog is Traca, which is Spanish for a particular kind of fireworks. It works well, as she's a very active, playful dog.

If I add up the kilometres I've walked since I started, it's 616. The app thinks I've walked 1394. It's more than double!!!!
-
Yes!!!! Some entries are duplicate... and some others are missing! And I'm pretty sure there is some kind of problem with the app... yesterday I was about to reach 9 days after Rivendell, today -after deleting all the duplicates- it says I'm 36,13km from Caras Galadan. Something is off. I even tried to resync data, to no…

When it's home cooked (not by me) or there is no barcode available, I use an "average" calorie count - not too high, not too low. It simplifies things.

I'm having problems syncing again. What about you?

I dink far more during the week than at the weekends. I'm a teacher, so I'm constantly speaking, so my throat gets dry and I have to drink. I always keep my bottle on the desk, it gets refilled at need.
