Malibu, I have about 15 more pounds to lose. I want to lose 20-25, and I’ve lost 5. I haven’t lost any weight in 2 weeks. One week I actually gained weight and only lost .6 the next. I increased my calories per MFP to reflect 1 pound a week instead of 1.5. Even with their calorie recommendations I’m not losing steadily.…
