I have my first WW meeting tonight, wish me luck! I hope I have a good instructor. And in other good news, after my beach weekend this past weekend, I only gained .3 of a pound. I was shocked! But no complaints.

Ugh. Right off the bat, WW can't "find" my lunch, where mfp found it easily. I usually eat the salad kits that are very common these days. Annoying WW can't find it. This might be a dumb question, but how do you decide on a healthy goal weight for yourself? Is it based on height? Or more than that? I have had an idea of my perfect goal weight being 135 (I am 5'5") but that is mainly because that was my weight in high school when I played soccer. In reality, 145-150 would make me happy.…

I think I already commented in this thread that I'd like to fit into the many pairs of skinny jeans I have in my closet gathering dust. But I also want to get rid of these random aches and pains I've acquired in the last 2-3 years. I am at my heaviest. :(

I am also a 43 yr old woman. And while it's never been easy for me to lose weight, I find it's especially difficult now. I think age is definitely a factor. :(

I got sick last week and fell off my diet and workout routine. I'm finding it very difficult to get back in the workout part this week... :( I just hate the gym! I've got to come up with a more enjoyable way to exercise on my own.
