Try drinking lots of water before you eat and after and a small snack of almonds or celery and peanut butter. Is it only in the mornings you feel unsatisfied?

When I was young I would get comments about being too thin all the time constantly picked on. I'm now heavy and I've been recently fat shamed at a restaurant by another customer. Day to day people don't say a thing unless they think I've lost weight then they tell me I look good.... both kind of suck. But I would be lying…

I'd eat the healthiest options there and enjoy time with friends. Avoid chips, dips, breads and eat protein and veggies.

I'm the opposite if I drink I have to remind myself to eat. Unless I'm doing shots then I lose all self-control in every aspect...so not good!😂

Go to the doctors, my husband is 40 and needs both hips replaced. It's a rare condition he has that he was born with and now he has the hips of a 90 year old. Nothing he could have done about it. But your doctor can see what's going on take an mri maybe physically therapy, maybe you have arthritis and need meds. Who knows…

Well I would go for a walk but since the snow storm it's not possible. I tried literally walking in circles in the house just doesn't bring the same satisfaction. Walking is the only safe exercise for me because of health issues.

Sweets for sure! Yes if I don't get any then I don't binge eat. But if I do omg I have such a hard time getting back on track. So I try to stay away!

A few sizes ago I hid my smaller pants away. My husband noticed my pants I was currently wearing were getting too big for me. So I tried on a pair of my old Jean's 2 sizes smaller that what I was wearing 3 months ago and they fit great! I can't wait to be able to fit in my smallest ones!

Congratulations on your weight loss and maintenance for 3 years! What did you do to get there? I've been working on improving my health the last 3 months down 20lbs 80 more to go. Haven't lost in a few weeks but I haven't gained either.
