Surely this isn't a zero-sum game; the focus should be exercise and diet, not on one or the other. Bizarre article imo.

15 days, although some of the initial loss was probably water retention. I eat roughly 1200 cal a day (1700ish is my recommended amount on here to lose1kg per week), except Friday's and Saturdays when I probably consume 2000 per day. Also swim 3 hours a week. I'm currently losing about 1.8 kg per week.

Quite tired. Indoor rock climbing for an hour with my daughter and then a brief weights session = me aching.
