  • Today I felt lazy but didn't want to skip a meal all together so I opened a 15 oz can of mandarin oranges and to my surprise it was a refreshing sweet treat and only 350 cal for a WHOLE large can! Definitely keeping in mind for the next time I get a sweet tooth.
  • Rice cakes! All kinds of flavors and low cal. Try the regular round cakes by quaker instead of the little circle chips, its less calories similar flavors. I recommend white cheddar, or apple cinnamon.
  • Not a meal, but if you wanted to add variety or a sweet snack, try popping open a can of mandarin oranges or pineapple tidbits! Low calorie, high volume.
