@StefanieBerger88, good luck with the interview (I missed this on the first go round, so I'm glad others caught it). I bet you'll be stellar! Remember that they aren't just interviewing you, YOU are interviewing THEM.

So glad we are about to start another term!

@hammycakes, that's exactly how I use my night-time weigh ins (and how I used BF results when I had a scale that had them). They are additional info about where I am, hydration-wise. And you can play dorky games guessing where you'll be in the morning. I LOVE DORKY GAMES.

I used to ice skate as a kid. Then, my first semester of college, I slipped on the ice and broke my kneecap. I haven't been skating since!

We cold-weather weenies need to stick together... for warmth! My husband loves the cold. I just engage Turbo Whining Mode and that keeps me a little toasty from sheer energy expenditures.

@milktruckd, look at you, almost under 200! You're doing great. I think tracking is key to understanding how your body handles all the changes you are throwing at it.

Welcome, @rimtorimgoal! You've come to the right place. :)

I've missed yours as well. Now to try to play a little catch up! :)

In late! Woman, Age 47, 5'6", Celiac disease OSW: 252 Round 64 SW: 217.2 1/7—217.2—Hello friends and friends I haven't met yet! I hope everyone had some break time. I had some vacation days, some lounging about days, and some recharging my batteries for 2019 days. I'm starting this round at almost the same as my start…

@conatser9, congrats on getting past the 200 barrier! Woot!
-
@doseofcrazy, I'm so sorry about your mom. A relaxed focus on anything other than taking care of yourself and her is absolutely warranted!
-
@quiltingjaine, I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your friend Roy. :heartbreak:

Woman, Age 47, 5'6", Celiac disease OSW: 252 Round 62 SW: 217 12/14—216.2—My very hilly journey continues! :) I have another push-ups day today for my challenge. Last time was very rough. I actually faceplanted during one of them. But a couple of months ago I could do 4 push-ups in a row. Now I can do at least 16 and 4 is…

Welcome @acollins082!

Welcome @171lake! @tiabirdie56, oh, I hate when I develop the baggy butt look. I have jeans that are oh so comfy and from the front they look okay, but they are some seriously droopy drawers in the back! @deepwoodslady, love the jalopy. :)

"Ugly" doesn't even being to cover my weightloss chart. Seriously, if you had to hike it, it would be like hiking the Alps every week.

@tiabirdie56, I love the Darebee workouts because most of them require no equipment. This one is a great example of something that is sooo simple that I find quite challenging! https://darebee.com/workouts/starmaster-workout.html

Absolutely! I find the data fascinating. It's fun to me to step on the scale right before bed and make a prediction for where I'll be in the morning. I'm getting pretty good! :)

Woman, Age 47, 5'6", Celiac disease OSW: 252 Round 61 SW: 220 12/4—216.2—That's 3.8 pounds since yesterday. The amount of water I was retaining with TOM was pretty impressive! Still not feeling great, but improving. :) 12/5—216.8—A bump up but this was an early weigh in. Not a real gain. I'm in week 3 of my pushups…

@dowhatrightis, I'm glad you took the opportunity to vent about this in this safe space. My father was not abusive, but he was an alcoholic, and it's astonishing to recognize how much his behaviors shaped my personality and my anxieties. So I'm deeply sorry and feel such empathy for the trauma you suffered and I hope you…

You can do it, @motheroftwins95! I find that weekends for me are either really good or really bad. Sadly, way more of the latter lately than the former, but we can both turn that around. :)

@quiltingjaine, as someone with a strict dietary need (I have Celiac, so no gluten), I've found that if someone is pointing out things I can eat, it usually means they are either doubting whether I have to eat that way (since it can be a bit trendy to go gluten free) or they are just really curious about what it's like. I…
