Yes to exercise. I did a ton of walking. No to under calories. No to tracking. I celebrated my birthday and decided to take a pass on tracking. My husband got me a gluten free key lime pie, and I was able to just have a slice and enjoy my day. 7 pass days.

No x 3. Huge fail! That's pass day #6.
-
Yes x 3. I did 30 minutes on the bike. I'm at 5 passes on the month. I had a trip this past week and while I easily got my exercise and I estimate I was under calories at least a couple of the days, tracking was really hard given my meal schedules and choices available. So I didn't stress about it.

Yes x 3, my exercise was walking walking walking around DC looking at the cherry blossoms! (I had an early meeting, so I went extra early and just walked and gawked.) I allow myself to eat back exercise calories, but I usually don't eat them all. This works for me.

Yes x 3, walked for 86 minutes!
-
Yes x 3 Biked for 20 minutes. Well under calories. Tracked it all!

Hi, everyone. It's been a while since I participated. I was involved in other MFP challenges. I've lost 42 pounds so far since January 2018. Planning on a good month. I have a trip in the middle (a conference) that will complicate things a bit.

Hi, all. I haven't been around for a while, but I'm in for April. Yes x 3 I rode a bike for 20 minutes. I stayed within my calorie budget. I tracked every morsel, including sugar-free cough drops!

Woman, Age 47, 5'6", Celiac disease OSW: 252 Round 71 SW: 210 03/14—210.8—A little bump up, but it's all good. I did measurements this morning (I don't do them often) and my waist is down to 37.5. So my waist-to-hip ratio is .79, which is supposed to be good for health. I'm carrying too many pounds, but their distribution…

My head is fine (I smacked it hard yesterday on the tailgate of my car). This is gonna be a good week. :) 03/05—211.4—Another rather hungry day, though I…
