Yesterday, I had asked team members to share their stories. When I posted at 9:35 pm, CDT, there were three of our team whose stories I strongly recommend that you read. Thanks to @MadisonMolly2017; @fatbambi2017; and @znaoiec
Please go back to yesterday and read their posts...you will be glad that you did.

yes x 3 (5km walk again).
Went back and read the stories. @MadisonMolly2017; @fatbambi2017; and @znaoiec amazing journeys.
Mine is not so impressive.
Age 48, new years day found my weight was north of 90kg (200+lbs) for the first time in memory. When competitively ice skating was near 72kg (160lbs). So decided that I'd let things slip far enough and it was time to do something (no health problems, no orders from doctors, no catastrophes, just a "that's not good" moment).
3 months of research to find out how to start (with many small experiments along the way).
My rules were:
1) no gym (any exercise must be portable as I travel for work).
2) no supplements or special food (only what you would find in a supermarket).
3) no cost (was not going to contribute to the multi-billion dollar weight loss industry).
4) no end (must be sustainable for the rest of my life).
In fact my wife did not know I was losing weight till 2 months after I started in ernest (May that year). The changes I had adopted were so subtle to my previous lifestyle.
6 months later I was 50+lbs lighter, fitter, happier, healthier.
(also shed loads more research done on all aspects of weight and health management).
As of this morning I am 138lbs. I have been under 150lbs for over a year.
UAC healthy habits are the key. Make you habits, let your habits make you.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 11 mins HIIT on bike plus 45 minutes Max Dance Drills plus 16 minutes mini-trampoline (making a rainbow in my Wii exergame). The music that goes with the exergame is a "reward" to hubby for putting up with the "perky drill sergeant" of the latin dance drilling.

Only my second session with the Core Cardio (dance) program. Still striving for anti-perfectionism "Average" Attitude as I rediscover mind-muscle connections and re-establish wider range of motion / more arm work. Thank you for that trick, @craigo3154 !
Hey, @MadisonMolly2017 how is the "average art work" process going?
