    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I tried to get up at 5am to run, but my body wanted more rest, so I did a self-care day today including my monthly sports massage. I still walked enough during lunch to exceed 10,000 steps today, though!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    Pass day. Travel to help care for a family member who is undergoing surgery. Dinner was hard to track, I'm pretty sure I went over.

    Holding at 3 pass Days, so far, so good. Lots of social stuff this weekend, but this is a lifestyle & I don’t eat with abandon any more. I’m committed to being in the Winner’s Circle :)

    Yes to exercise. I did a ton of walking.

    No to under calories.

    No to tracking.

    I celebrated my birthday and decided to take a pass on tracking. My husband got me a gluten free key lime pie, and I was able to just have a slice and enjoy my day.

    7 pass days.
