    Holding at 3 pass Days, so far, so good. Lots of social stuff this weekend, but this is a lifestyle & I don’t eat with abandon any more. I’m committed to being in the Winner’s Circle :)

    Yes to exercise. I did a ton of walking.

    No to under calories.

    No to tracking.

    I celebrated my birthday and decided to take a pass on tracking. My husband got me a gluten free key lime pie, and I was able to just have a slice and enjoy my day.

    7 pass days.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 30 minutes on my exercise bike.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
    Yes
