I've not checked in since Monday, put me down for a couple of pass days (including today, there was cake at work, there still is, but having had a slice I can now resist). I've been bad at logging and did my 'pigging out' for my logging last night, this is what I really need to get under control.9

We had buffet breakfast as a treat at work today. I checked out all the offerings and then made a small selection with a made-to-order omelette as the main component. Feeling good about making good choices while still "participating", if that makes sense. ^_^6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I tried to get up at 5am to run, but my body wanted more rest, so I did a self-care day today including my monthly sports massage. I still walked enough during lunch to exceed 10,000 steps today, though!
