Sleepless night and not a good day today. No reliable tracking...and my only exercise/activity was mental, so this is a pass day. Tomorrow will be a better day. Perhaps I can still get my exercise in and the action will provide the motivation as suggested by @craigo3154. I really don't like dreary days .
Back to report in that I did complete 20 minutes of aerobic exercise while watching a travel video...YES!!!7 -

I had a Personal Best in jump rope today. It's only 4 skips more than last week, but on my 5th jump rope interval, I did 204 skips.

Been Awol this weekend ( and for a lot of this challenge in general) but I have enjoyed being part of it and iv seen some progress too.
