I LOVE carrots, even though they make my throat hurt (I can't remember the name of the reason. It's connected to hay fever somehow, which always sounds weird). Coworkers at my last job would ration my carrots because I'd munch on them then complain about a sore throat! :lol:

I think my last 30 days weight graph is pretty funny. My calories were very consistent, with two over-calorie days and two significantly under calorie days. Lots of exercise throughout.

@abowersgirl, we're here and we're reading! You can do this. Water is deceptive as we drop it or retain it and it looks like weight loss or gain. Stick with it and you'll see how it's just an illusion and one day of less-than-ideal eating is just a blip. Think of it like sitting down for a minute during the marathon! :)

@quiltingjaine, you should see what happens when I Hustle and try to do the turns. There is FLAILING! If it were in a crowd, I'd be bowling people over! I've been doing other line dances, too. I'm terrible, but it's fun.
