Yes, yes, and yes! Though it was a more sedentary day at work today, I got in a 25 minute walk. As for learning new things, I'm addicted. I've been tempted lately to go back to graduate school again. My husband cringes at the idea! :smiley: I'm on a big history kick in my reading, too. I want to know ALL THE THINGS.

Yes x 3. About 2 hours of housework plus 35 minutes on the treadmill. I was so hungry today! I ate all of my exercise calories.

Yes x 3 with 20+ minutes on the stationary bike. Calories were way under. This morning, I hit 15 pounds lost since January 2. I'm very pleased!
