  • I should be clear that it's more "I'm getting planned activity" in every day. I'm just making a conscious effort to be sure that I'm either getting a set number of steps or have a planned exercise. But that's a good reminder!

  • You can do this! Focus on what you need to focus on, and sometimes that will be other things than food/exercise/weight. But that doesn't mean you can't return your focus here when life settles down.   • I did that several years ago and loved it. Just fyi, I found having a great playlist really helped me, with someone who would notify me of transitions.
