I have my next nutritionist appointment on March 20th and am hoping to be 25 lbs down for it! I'm close to 14 lbs down right now, so I think it's definitely doable. :smile:

I hate mayo, so I am a big fan of avocado tuna salad instead (1/2 an avocado mashed, tuna, chopped red onion, red pepper flake, and black pepper). I'll usually eat it on salad or in a multigrain pita pocket.

Penzey's No Salt seasonings are rad. You can search for them under "Salt Free" here. I also am a huge fan of Tapatio hot sauce in pretty much any dish that I eat.

Don't eat salads if you don't want them. You can literally have anything that fits into your macros and calorie count for the day, leaving you plenty of warm options.
