I use spaghetti squash in place of pasta all the time. Works great! Not a fan of cauliflower in place of rice or mashed potatoes, though. So, instead I just make sure that I use only a small amount of rice--generally 1/3 cup.

I love bodyrock.tv! It is difficult for most people to have time to burn 1000 calories everyday, so pay close attention to what you are eating. As a female, also expect some plateaus, then drops. I have lost 37 pounds, but it has come off very slowly. I have been carefully watching what I eat for over a year.

I never eat my work out calories if I am being really strong. I would only gain weight if I did.

Although not a huge fa of the restaurant, Ruby Tuesday's now lists calories for specific items in their menu. Helps me stay on track when I do go there. Otherwise, dining out is generally high calories. Most restaurants use much butter and sugar to make it taste so great.

Welcome! Someone at work also recommended I use this site. My colleague has lost 11 pounds in just two weeks. I am near 60, but I am hoping I can lose 35 lbs. I tired of not being able to fit into any of my clothes! Tracking what I am eating seems to be working. Good luck to you.
