All of the swirl coffees from Dunkins! I usually get the flavor shot...but (for example) the pumpkin swirl coffee with just cream (a large) had over 300 calories in it! I never drank one again...

Doesn’t sound very appetizing! He could eat all fruits and veggies and still gain or maintain, weight loss is dependent on a calorie deficit. Weigh or at least measure what you consume, and log it. Over complicating weight loss with strict diets is one reason why many people fail.

You don’t need to exercise to lose weight as long as you are in a calorie deficit. Exercise is obviously important for your health though and will speed up the rate at which you lose if you choose not to eat your exercise calories back. I have the same issue. I head out in the morning at 7, work my 9-5, home at 6. By the time dinner is cooked and eaten, kids are bathed and ready for bed, dishes are done and house is clean it’s usually 8:00pm. New Hampshire here! We have a Happy Light! My husband was stationed in Alaska for a few years and worked the swing shift...he used it during the months where it would stay dark pretty much all day...they replicate natural sunlight and are supposed to boost your mood!

I have binging issues. I couldn’t figure out how to get control of it, so I bought a $10 book on Amazon called Never Binge Again by Glenn Livingston. It’s helped! Understanding why your binging in the first place may help you learn to better control it.
