  • hey ladies! i'm 28, 5'3" hw 234 cw 206 gw 260 i'm eating low carb (20% carb/40%fat/40%protein), 1200-1400 calories/day, doing an hour or so of low intensity steady state cardio 4-5 times a week and looking to add strength training and yoga to my routine!
