  • @SherryRueter If your allergic to gluten you're not allowed to be in the military. In reality it comes down to deployments and traveling. During those times I would be struggling to mantain the appropriate diet, especially during deployments where they cook all of the food. Knowing my son is and I have the same symptoms.…
  • Thanks. I honestly believe that it would've been way more gradual if I hadn't had any bread. I was really badly bloated and not feeling good for several days. I can't tell you be how excited I was to see the scale this morning. I guess tomorrow will be the true test.
