  • Guys, I need help. I've been in the gym for almost a year. But my diet is not great. I just am starting up with tracking calories again because I need accountability. My goal now is to lose the 5 lbs I gained in the last two months since my gym activity went from 5 days a week down to 1-2 days a week due to work scheduling.
