@SheilaBoneham Yay, Sheila! I don't know what I'd do without making time to create. It's been such a wonderful way for me to deal with stress over the years. After retiring from a 32 year career, it's amazing to me that I'm now a full time working artist. That adds some stress, but I still love creating.

I usually eat back half or two-thirds of my extra calories on days I exercise and then have one indulgence meal a week. The indulgence meal helps because I know I can have anything if I just wait…
