@casandraW Thank you, Casandra! I do feel great. I have a big trip planned in May (fingers crossed) and I'm excited to buy a fun new outfit in a regular sized clothing store to show off all my hard work. I won't be at goal weight yet, but hoping to be comfortably in size 14's or even 12's. :)

This morning, I got on the scale and weighed in at 196. I still can't believe I'm under 200 pounds. It's only been a week and a half since I saw the one on the scale. Some days, it feels so hard. Those small choices...that piece of chocolate calling out to me after I've logged and closed out after the last meal of the…

@coblujay Wednesday Weigh-in PW: 198.4 CW: 196 It was a good week for me. After all the fear that came when I hit 199, I'm settling in. I had my indulgence meal late last week and never went above 200 pounds and it's been dropping from there. Today, swimming is on the schedule. I'm looking forward to getting back in the…

@seeless25 I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. Bravo for getting up and moving. Those small choices make a big difference!! @Beka3695 As Izzy said, we've all done it. If I bring it into the house, I will eat it and even lick the plate. You are still here and that is HUGE! Cheering you on!!!

@Yukie_OP Thanks Yukie! I swim at my local recreation center. It's only about a mile away. I discovered last year that my membership was free since I'm over 60. There are some advantages to getting older. I did start at an outdoor pool last summer and paid $8 per swim. It was well worth it and I'll probably visit that pool…

@coblujay Wednesday PW- 199.6 CW- 198.4 Yay! Under 200# two weeks in a row. Things have really slowed down as far as losing weight goes, but I'm sticking with it. I'm averaging just a little over a pound a week. Yesterday I swam a mile in 69 minutes which is my best time ever. My size 16 pants are still a little tight, but…

@jessicakrall8 I was surprised to feel that way when I hit 199.6. There was this huge fear that I wouldn't be able to maintain staying under 200. It's still there...but I'm hoping once I move downward in the 190's, that fear will go away. You are doing amazing!!

@creednj I have my update on the notes on my computer. I update it there daily and then copy and paste it here. That makes it really nice, because my history with this group is all contained in one note so I can look back and see all my progress. Welcome!!

Hahaha! I have found myself taking more time to taste things and to decide if they are worth the calories. Sometimes it's no and I throw it away. I'm a hamburger and french fries girl and I eat that at least a couple times a week making my own oven fries and using 93% lean grass fed beef. I cut a piece of Ezekial bread in…

@mrsrebeccaplude Thank you! I keep bouncing around there a bit and can't wait to get a few more pounds down so I can relax a little into this new area. :)

Just turned 63 a couple weeks ago and feel better than I have in many years. I set goals each January. A new year always feels like a fresh start. Most of my goals are related to my art business, but I do add personal ones in as well. They have always included losing weight...year after year....after year...after…
