  • I used to be so self conscious all the time and frankly, embarrassed about how I looked and moved. I'm not sure I'm explaining it right, but now fitting into size 14 jeans, that's all gone. I can't believe how much energy and focus that took. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and it feels great.
